Windigo is the first single released by The Revolution, an italian rock band based in Padova (Padua) – North East of Italy. Curiously, the band introduces itself with an english name but they employ italian as preferred language for songs. This song, which appeared in the first album (Baltazar, a live recorded LP) for the first time, has been taken out and realized in a new mood during summer 2015. The Revolution members are 5: box, drums, bass and electric guitars, a classic team with revolutionary ideas. Pure rock live, opposed to their electronic records, The Revolution’s style remembers us the best of Italian classic rock (Litfiba / Negrita) with a magic touch. Windigo is a song about American Natives and their condition, a musical “matryoshka”, able to involve everyone to begin a transcendental journey.
