The Gaggiolino - Still Life Photography

In our Miraloop studios, we carried out a set of photography still life for the craft brewery "Il Gaggiolino". We wanted to offer the audience an alternative setting to pubs and wooden barrels and built a set inspired by autumn landscapes.
The Gaggiolino gives us differents taste experiences and, proposing different types of beer, each one represented by a very recognizable different vintage label consisting of a woman and a different color.
On stage, the star is the beer in the glass, presented in two different "glasses," as if to remind us the versatility of the product.The glass is often accompanied by the different colored bottles that add color to the pictures.In the background, we staged the typical elements of autumn, such as dry leaves and branches, and a bouquet of seasonal flowers placed inside a wicker basket from the 1940s.
The set is built on a black base that captures sunlight and acts beautifully as an elegant neutral backdrop, without stealing the spotlight from the main characters and thus maintaining a consistency with the distinct style of the brewery's labels. The main goal of the Still life set research was to show a common drink such as beer in a more refined and sophisticated light, yet using a few simple elements.
